Returns and refunds

This policy applies to T-shirts purchased from Masonic Thread Clothing Company, operated by Masonic Thread Ltd. It does not affect your statutory rights. Orders placed before this update retain any more favourable return terms offered when purchased.

Changing your mind or choosing the wrong size

You may cancel your purchase without giving a reason by telling us within 14 days after the day you receive your goods. If one order is delivered in separate parcels, the period starts after you receive the last item. You then have a further 14 days from notifying us to send the goods back.

Email info@masonicthread.com with your order number and the items you wish to return, or send a clear cancellation statement to the address below. You may use the optional cancellation form below. Cancellation does not depend on our approval.

These rights apply to our standard collection designs, including sale items, even though they are printed to order.

Condition of returned items

You may inspect and try on a T-shirt as you would in a shop. Please avoid wearing it beyond trying it on, washing it or damaging it, and return any tags and original packaging where possible. Missing packaging alone does not remove your cancellation rights. We may deduct an amount for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the item's nature, characteristics and fit.

Return postage and address

For change-of-mind returns or a size or colour you selected incorrectly, you pay the direct cost of return postage. We do not provide a free return label for these returns. Please package the items securely, include your order number and retain proof of posting.

Please contact us before posting so we can help with the return. Do not send ordinary customer returns to our production partner.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described or different from what you ordered, contact info@masonicthread.com with your order details and, where possible, photos showing the issue. We will arrange the appropriate refund, replacement or other remedy in accordance with your consumer rights. You will not be charged necessary return postage for these issues; contact us so we can arrange or reimburse it. A physical return may not always be needed.

Please report problems promptly so we can help. The change-of-mind deadline above and any production partner's claim deadline do not limit your statutory rights for faulty goods.

Refunds

For a change-of-mind cancellation, we will refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund or restocking fee.

If you cancel the whole order, we also refund any original standard delivery charge. Any extra paid for premium delivery above our least expensive standard delivery option is not refundable. For partial returns, delivery charges are refunded where legally required. Any lawful deduction for diminished value will be explained.

Exchanges

For a different size or colour, return the original item under this policy and place a new order for the replacement. If we supplied the wrong item or it is faulty, contact us first so we can resolve it without unnecessary extra costs.
