SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Masonic Thread Ltd. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping processes, fulfillment times, and delivery policies.
1. PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT TIMES
All our products are made on demand to ensure the highest quality prints and embroidery while reducing unnecessary waste.
- Production Time: Orders are typically processed, printed, or embroidered within 2–5 business days before being dispatched.
- Business Days: Our fulfillment runs Monday through Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an automatic email confirmation. A secondary dispatch email containing tracking details will follow as soon as your package is handed to the courier.
2. UK SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY
We offer FREE Tracked Delivery on all standard orders within the United Kingdom.

Note: UK estimated total delivery time is 4–9 business days: production (2–5 business days) plus transit (2–4 business days).
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer FREE standard shipping on T-shirt orders to the United States, with no minimum spend. Standard shipping is included in the product price. Printful’s estimated US standard transit time is 3–6 business days after dispatch, giving an estimated total of 5–11 business days including production.
All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Busy periods, product availability, customs and carrier delays may extend them. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. Checkout date estimates may allow the full five business days for production. Printful chooses the carrier based on the order and fulfilment location; a particular carrier is not guaranteed.
US express shipping is available at an additional charge where offered at checkout. A phone number is required for US express delivery. Express shipping does not shorten production time.
EU delivery is charged separately, with the applicable charge shown at checkout. For other supported destinations, available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout for your address.
Free standard delivery applies to UK and US destinations only.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly via the link provided in the email or by logging into your account on our website.
5. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & DELIVERIES
- Please double-check your shipping address prior to completing payment. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
6. MISSING OR DELAYED PARCELS
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:
- Check around your premises or with neighbors/safe places where a courier may have left it.
- Verify the shipping address listed in your order confirmation.
- If you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
